smitcom.lv is run by Smitcom Projects, Valmiera, Latvia. Its content describes our services and past work. It is general information, not a binding offer, and we may change it at any time.
Projects and prices
Scope, price, timing and ownership of any project are set in a written offer or agreement between you and us. If that agreement differs from something on this site, the agreement applies.
The 2-day website launch applies to sites built from one of our ready designs. The 2 days start once we have your content and access to your domain; the exact scope is confirmed in the offer.
Intellectual property
The text, design, images and code of this site belong to Smitcom Projects or its licensors. Client names, logos and screenshots are shown with the owners' permission and remain their property. Please ask before reusing any of it.
Links and demo sites
The site links to client websites, demo sites and other services. We are not responsible for content on sites we do not run. Demo sites contain sample content only.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are settled by the courts of Latvia, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
